Wallet Responsibility

Your keys. Your vault.

Your wallet is your responsibility. TrenchForge will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

Your responsibilities

What you agree to when connecting a wallet.

Use your own walletYou must use a self-custody wallet that you control. Phantom is recommended, but any compatible Solana wallet is acceptable.
Never share secretsNever share your seed phrase, private key, or recovery phrase with TrenchForge staff, Discord moderators, or any third party claiming to be support.
Verify before signingAlways verify the recipient address, amount, and network before signing any transaction in your wallet.
Secure your deviceYou are responsible for securing your device, browser, and wallet app. Use strong passwords and enable hardware wallet support where possible.

What we cannot do

Hard limits.

  • Recover funds or tokens if your wallet is compromised.
  • Reverse a signed transaction after it hits the blockchain.
  • Refund network fees paid to Solana validators.

We will never ask for

If anyone asks, they are not us.

  • Your seed phrase or private keys
  • Full wallet access or control
  • Funds to verify or unlock your wallet
  • Remote access to your device

Verification checklist

Before you sign, confirm every detail.

The recipient address matches the TrenchForge devnet program or treasury address shown in the UI.
The amount matches what you intended to pay.
The network is Solana devnet, not mainnet.
You are using your own wallet app and not a browser extension injected by an untrusted source.
