What TrenchForge is and what it is not.

Devnet-only platform

TrenchForge is an experimental AI-native launchpad operating exclusively on Solana devnet. No mainnet trading, real value transfer, or production financial activity is enabled. All tokens, trades, and transactions are for testing and learning purposes only.

AI-generated content

Who owns what the AI produces.

  • You retain ownership of all AI-generated outputs you create using the TrenchForge forge tools.
  • TrenchForge receives a limited, non-exclusive license to display your outputs on the platform for operational purposes, such as token pages, feeds, and analytics.
  • You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

Prohibited uses

Activities that will result in immediate termination.

  • Creating tokens representing illegal goods, services, or activities in any jurisdiction.
  • Using AI generation to produce hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content targeting protected groups.
  • Attempting to exploit smart contract bugs, bypass access controls, or attack platform infrastructure.
  • Impersonating TrenchForge team members or requesting other users' private keys.

Risk disclosure & liability

What you accept when using the platform.

Unaudited smart contractsThe launchpad program is unaudited and deployed on devnet. Bugs, exploits, and unexpected behavior are possible. Do not deposit mainnet funds.
No performance guaranteesThis product does not guarantee token performance, market cap, graduation, profit, liquidity, exchange listings, or legal suitability.
Legal review requiredPublic mainnet launch requires qualified legal and security review. Devnet use is at your own risk.
Liability capTrenchForge's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan entitlement period, or zero if you used free features.

General terms

Additional conditions governing your use.

  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms without refund.
