Platform access and AI entitlements

All payments on TrenchForge are for platform access and AI generation entitlements. They are not investments, securities, or deposits. You are purchasing the right to use the forge tools and launchpad interface on Solana devnet for a defined entitlement period.

No refunds for

These situations are explicitly excluded from any refund claim.

Changed mindWe do not refund because you changed your mind after purchase.
AI output dissatisfactionWe do not refund because an AI-generated image, name, or description did not meet your expectations.
Devnet token failureWe do not refund because a devnet token failed to trade, graduate, or attract buyers.
Market conditionsWe do not refund due to broader market conditions, Solana devnet resets, or network issues.

Double-charge due to platform errorIf you were charged twice for the same entitlement due to a confirmed platform bug, contact the admin team with transaction signatures. We will verify on-chain and issue a refund for the duplicate charge only.

On-chain irreversibility

Why refunds are structurally impossible.

  • All payments are verified on-chain via Solana devnet transactions.
  • Once a transaction is confirmed on Solana devnet, it is irreversible by design.
  • TrenchForge does not custody user funds and cannot claw back or reverse on-chain transfers.
